    Abstract：

    随着我国建筑事业的不断发展，高难度、样式复杂的建筑工程数量逐渐增加，传统的建筑工程管理模式已经无法满足现阶段建筑产业的发展需求。BIM技术可利用数字模型为建筑工程提供完整、准确的数据信息，并在工程的全周期管理中展现出较为突出的管理优势，现阶段已在国内大多数建筑工程项目中得到广泛的应用。本文将以BIM技术为研究对象，通过分析其特点及优势，重点探究其在建筑工程管理中的应用。
