Abstract：
中小学校本研修的终极目标是改进教师的教科研行为，提高任课教师的专业化水平。而创建高水平、高质量的创新教学团队是提高教师业务水平的有效途径。将信息技术研修模式赋能于教师创新团队，能扩大校本研修的视野，为教师专业化成长提供环境和平台，更好的促进学校教师专业化发展。
