Abstract：
伴随大数据的不断普及，大数据技术渗透到社会各个领域，并为高校开展精准化就业指导服务提供了技术支持，在高校中不断发挥着重要作用。本文以高校精准化就业指导的内涵为研究起点，阐述了大数据背景下高校精准化就业指导服务的意义和价值，最后提出高校精准化就业指导服务的路径，如积极搭建就业信息大数据平台、拓展就业指导服务途径、提升高校教师大数据素养等。
