Abstract：
本文通过对互联网+环境下深圳群众公益性艺术辅导现状的分析，探讨了传统艺术辅导模式的特点、面临的问题，以及互联网+对艺术辅导的影响。随后，论述了艺术辅导模式的转型需求，包括深圳群众多样性的精神需求和社会对艺术人才的新要求。在此基础上，提出了互联网+环境下艺术辅导培训模式的转型策略，包括硬件设施的创新、软件设施的整合以及教学方法的创新。最后，通过学员学术成效的评估和社会反馈认可的方法，对该模式的效果进行评估。
