    Abstract：

    “党建+”工作格局在高校基层组织建设中取得了显著的成效。通过推动党的组织建设与各个领域工作的融合，培养高素质的党员干部，加强党风廉政建设，高校基层组织的服务能力得到了提升，基层组织的领导能力得到了增强，形象和声誉得到了提升。但是，高校基层组织建设仍面临一些挑战和问题，如党建工作与各个领域工作脱节、党员干部培养和选拔机制不完善等。
