Abstract：
现阶段城市发展速度不断加快，各工程建设规模进一步扩大，为有效节约工程实施成本，提高工程质量及效率，需将精益理念落实到各项管理环节，优化方式，加强全过程管控力度，确保工程能够以最小资金投入换取最大化建设效益。针对此。本文首先提出精益管理概念，分析精益管理在建设工程管理中的应用原则。分析现存与建设工程管理中的各类问题，明确精益管理在建设工程质量管理、进度管理、风险管理、成本管理中的应用要点。
