    梳理和总结国内城市绿化建设的发展成效，总结现阶段绿地系统专项规划工作主要着力点和瓶颈，以云南省住建系统2021年提出的“绿美城市”建设为基础，结合保山市中心城区绿美城市建设方案编制，梳理总结一种全新的城市绿化美化建设工作模式，作为其他城市推进绿化美化建设的新范式。
