Abstract：
为了让学生具有基本的体育活动技巧，体育教师需要将把提升学生的体育基本品质作为主要任务，强调体育教育的人格塑造意义及基本品格的培养目的。在构建高中的体育与健康课程时，需要采用多种不同的教学方法，并且根据学生的具体需求，使用最新的教育观念，采用科学的教学方法，来确保高中的体育与健康教育变得更加全面、深入。
