Abstract：
随着我国经济的发展，人们的生活水平也在不断地提升，而电力又是人们生活中不可或缺的一部分，而在电力企业中，各个大中型电力企业之间也存在着激烈的竞争，电力行业的发展至关重要，唯有强化了电力政工工作，才能确保企业在日趋激烈的市场竞争中，把握好企业的发展方向，为企业的发展提供自己的思路。基于此，本文首先阐述了创造和谐电力政工建设环境的重要性，对电力政工建设工作中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了相应对策，以实现电力企业的长远发展。
