Abstract：
本文从高校思政教育的大环境切入视角，研究当前高校大学生骨干培养模式的研究现状，本研究基于大学生骨干外在行为表现，探究大学生骨干胜任力培养的提升目标和规范，建立一般绩效标准，并探讨有关问题，最后从个体、组织、社会三个方面提出符合高校学生干部的骨干胜任力培养与提升路径。
