    Abstract：

    伴随着全球化的进程加速以及跨文化交流的与日俱增，中职教育对于学生的跨文化沟通能力培养也有了全新的需求以及挑战，中职英语是学生提高英语水平以及沟通能力的重要课程，在教学过程中如何有效的对中职学生进行跨文化沟通能力已经成为中职英语老师以及学校面临的主要问题。本文基于中职英语教学中对学生进行跨文化沟通能力培养的必要性，并对其提出可以在教学过程中应用和操作的建议，以期能够为中职英语教学提供发展助力。
