Abstract：
在新课标指导下，小学语文教育应该始终贯彻“以人为本”的思想，把提升学生的语言素质，以推动学生的个性发展作为基本目的。小学是每一个小学生开始学业的重要时期，在此时期，学生们处在一个具象认知的思维时期，而且因为自身年纪和认识等原因，学生对知识的表现方式的需求也比较高。为此，文章结合小学生的实际学习特点，就如何实施多元化的小学语言教育进行初步的讨论。
