    Abstract：

    疫情冲击和外需低迷使我国传统贸易增长遭到严重冲击，跨境电商的兴起成为我国对外贸易增长的新引擎。由于跨境电商具有开放性和便捷性优势，能起到提高商务活动效率和增强企业的竞争力的作用。因此，面对外需低迷，我国出口贸易增长乏力的情况，提出优化专业人才能力、营造良好营商环境和完善物流体系等有效策略以应对危机和挑战。
