新建金华至建德高速铁路新安江特大桥主桥为矮塔斜拉桥,大桥3号主墩基础施工采用锁口钢管桩围堰,承台位于河床面以下,施工期水深高达25m,且墩位处地质为大角度倾斜岩层,围堰施工难度大,风险高。结合现场地质情况,锁口钢管桩围堰施工采用先支撑系统整体安装、后围堰内抽水的逆作法施工工艺。通过锁口钢管桩围堰施工过程中对锁口钢管桩插打、支撑系统整体下放、水下围檩抄垫进行控制,成功降低了施工难度,实现了水中墩承台墩身安全顺利施工的目标。
