Abstract：
信息化时代催生了城市绿色治理新的治理秩序，居民经验知识超越了科学共同体，成为一种社会产生的知识、转化的知识。基于欧洲一些国家的调查数据显示居民经验知识在推动城市绿色治理过程中与专家知识呈现出浓厚的合作兴趣，但在应用居民经验知识方面还受制于对科学、权利的认知。绿色治理融合“经验知识”“客观知识”是符合科学路径和人民利益的，居民经验知识是如何与科学知识输入融合在城市绿色治理之中的，首先要在哲学层面有所认识，才能形成良性实践机制。
