    党的十九大提出要建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化，贯彻人与自然和谐共生的现代化原则，编制城市生态网络规划，推动人与自然和谐和谐发展现代化新格局，认真探索编制城市生态网络规划方法及存在问题是为保护生态环境、推进地方旅游发展、增强人民幸福感的重要途径。
