    Abstract：

    社会经济的快速发展使房建工程建设规模进一步扩大，工程施工期间运用到的设备种类不断增多，设备管理要求日渐提升。当前施工设备管理环节依然存在设备维护不及时、保养不到位等问题，需加强设备管控力度，制定完善施工设备管理对策。针对此，本文首先提出房建工程设备管理要求，明确设备管理重点，分析设备管理问题，制定提升设备管理水平的具体措施。
