Abstract：
在供应链环境下，为了获得更高的利润，企业会采取各种手段来加速物流和信息流，而采购就是其中的一种重要手段，每个企业都可以扮演供应商的角色，通过向上游客户提供高品质、低成本的产品和服务，实现利润的最大化。基于此，将以企业的采购管理工作为研究主题，阐述供应链管理模式下的采购管理的基本概念并探讨供应链管理模式下采购管理工作的优化策略。
