    Abstract：

    当前，建筑行业的竞争现象日益激烈，为了有效提升企业自身的经济效益，相关企业应在工程项目中关注预决算评审工作，提高预决算评审工作的质量标准，科学制约投入成本。本文主要围绕着预决算评审来展开，基于工程项目，探究实行预决算评审的意义，分析评审期间存在的问题，提出相对应的处理举措，落实评审工作，提高建筑企业的竞争地位。
