Abstract：
大运河是中国古代建造的伟大工程，是传统建设智慧的集大成者，自2014年申遗成功以来，逐步成为全中国乃至世界级的文化名片。在生态文明和文化自信的背景下，科学、系统地保护大运河的生态和文化价值，是实现大运河治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要命题。本文以大运河宿迁市段沿线乡村地区为主要研究对象，探索其国土空间的保护与开发的策略。
