Abstract：
从2022版学科新课标中寻找出核心素养落地的共性，探索以核心素养为目标导向的心理健康活动课的设计。结合课例《探索我的“宝藏”》，阐述将核心素养融入教学设计到教学实施的每一个环节。确保教学能做到“课程目标接地气又有底气、活动有方向、课堂有活力、内容与时俱进”等目标，从不同维度促进学生核心素养的养成。
