Abstract：
随着新媒体的不断发展，高校网络舆情事件呈现出新的变化与特征，具体表现在网络舆情事件传播速度快、涉及范围广、影响程度大等特点。高校在网络舆情引导工作中存在缺乏专业网络舆情工作队伍、网络舆情引导机制建设不完善等问题。高校应重视网络舆情治理，强化网络舆情引导措施，维护高校、社会的和谐稳定发展。
