基于多级模糊综合评价方法的全域土地综合整治绩效研究

Abstract：

全域土地综合整治是一项综合性整治活动。政府、投资人、村民等参与主体在此项活动中缺少客观评价体系对此项活动进行全面的考量。本文通过多级模糊综合评价方法，从定量与定价双角度，局部精确和整体模糊相结合，构建成一个合理的评价机制。并以江苏某县区的案例进行验证，最终提出了一个较为客观和全面的结论。
