    Abstract：

    在“课程思政”背景下进行高职院校《职业素养提升》课的教学研究，就是要梳理课程中的思政元素，在教学过程中加强价值引领、理想信念塑造，推动课程育人目标的实现。本文通过在学生实习中探讨思政元素和《职业素养提升》课融合的有效路径，进行职业指导课的教学探索，努力打造一门实用性的“课程思政”课程，不断提升职业指导课程的育人实效。
