    分层教学法在初中英语阅读教学中的应用具有显著优势。通过个性化关怀、差异化教学、群体差异融合和学生分组互助，增强了学生的自主学习意识，促进了学习效果，全面培养了学生的综合能力。尽管目前存在统一性教学、评价体系单一和教学资源不均衡等问题，但分层教学仍为英语阅读教学提供了创新的路径，为未来教学优化奠定基础。
