Abstract：
教育的目的是要培养德智体美劳全面发展的人，美育教育作为教育的重要组成部分已经受到越来越多的重视。组建中小学生管乐团并进行丰富的实践活动，是促进学生提高艺术鉴赏能力、合作能力以及提升学生整体艺术修养的有效途径。近年来，美育教育和艺术教育越来越被重视，组建校园管乐团队的学校越来越多。本文对中小学管乐团的组建与活动实践展开研究。
