    一名教师若要提高自己在学生中的领导效能和班级管理能力，最要紧的是从根本上提高自己的素质，建立牢固而稳定的威信。本文主要从三方面论述构成教师威信影响较深的因素：知识威信、能力威信、情感威信。针对这三方面加强自身的修养。
