Abstract：
双减政策下初中物理教师开始致力于追求“提效减负”教学目标，减负是提效的方式、提效是减负的目的，初中物理教师应当适当删减教学内容、作业内容中的重复性内容，通过优化教学内容及教学方式的途径实现提效减负教学目标。本文说明双减政策对初中物理教学带来的影响，指出当前初中物理教学中存在的部分问题，分析探讨如何基于双减政策创新、优化初中物理教学质量。
