    Abstract：

    技术转移是实现技术创新的重要手段，是获得技术能力、实现技术成果转化和经济效益的重要途径。本文从势差性、利益性、重复性三个角度分析技术转移的本质特征，在此基础上探究国际上技术转移发展较早的三个国家的成功原因及主要影响因素，发现研发投资、政府引导、机构合理分类是影响其技术转移高质量发展的主要因素。最后借鉴发达国家成功经验，针对我国的技术转移形势给出三点建议。
