Abstract：
青年员工是企业员工的中坚力量，也是企业改革的中坚力量。目前，国家电网公司已着手对青年员工进行培养，并探索实施该理念的方法。我们认为，电网企业应该以全职的职业培训为基础，建立起一支优秀的人才队伍，对青年员工的训练观念和方法进行持续的优化，把训练和考核相结合，让青年的员工能够更快地发展起来，努力建设一支有理想、有信仰、有创新、有奉献精神的技术型企业员工。
