    随着市场经济的不断发展，国有企业在面对激烈的市场竞争和时代变革的同时，政工工作的创新成了亟待解决的问题。企业文化作为一种组织内共享的价值观和行为准则，对于引导政工工作的创新具有重要的作用。本文将从企业文化的基本概念开始，探讨其在国企政工工作创新中的影响，分析国有企业政工工作存在的问题，并提出企业文化引领下的创新对策，以期为国有企业的政工工作提供新的思路和方向。
