浅谈500kV变电站精益化管理

Abstract：

近年来，随着市场经济的扩大，面对电力行业的新形势、新问题，如何提高企业的运营效率是个必须面对的问题。变电系统是电能运输的基础，电力系统的精益化管理对我们电网的正常供电有着重要意义。然而，在变电站内推行精益化管理是需要长期持续推动的，随科技的不断发展，使得对变电站精益化管理所扮演的角色越来越重要。
