    当前招生考试管理办法在法律上的空白对我国人才选拔制度的改革造成了一定影响。法律上权利与义务的模糊不仅降低了高考的公正性，还不利于和谐社会的构建。为此，必须要重视对招生考试管理的法制化建设，弥补法律上关于这方面的空白，尽力打造更加规范专业的招生考试管理队伍。
