    Abstract：

    产教融合背景下，建设“双师型”教师队伍是落实职业学校教育改革的必然要求，也是提高教师能力的有效途径。通过建设“双师型”教师队伍的方式，能够有效提升职业学校的教育质量，培养出符合社会需求的优质复合型技术人才，使职业学校能够紧跟时代的变革趋势。基于此，本文以“双师型”英语教师建设为探究对象，分析产教融合与“双师型”英语教师的建设内涵及必要性，并探究职业学校“双师型”英语教师队伍策略，使其“双师型”英语教师队伍符合现代化教学发展需求。
