    随着中国高职教育的不断发展，英语作为一门重要的专业课程在高职院校中的地位日益突出。然而，许多学生对英语学习缺乏内在的驱动力，导致学习效果不佳。因此，探索一种能够提高学生内在驱动力的高职英语教学模式显得尤为重要。本文旨在深入研究内在驱动力对学生学习的影响，并通过设计相应的教学策略来激发学生的兴趣和动力，以提高高职英语教学的效果。
