Abstract：
教师应有较高的能力和素养。无论是哪一学科的教师，都应具备一定的综合素养，要有阔大的文化视野和综合的职业素养。特别是新的课程标准背景下拥有较高素养的教师才能培育出拥有核心素养的学生。教师的素养指的不仅是教师本身所具备的学识水平以及知识结构，同时还包含着教师个人的思维品质以及其是否具备着创新意识和审美能力等一系列的内容。这些在教师的教学中会形成一股强劲的软实力，会使教学底蕴深厚，课堂设计富有创意，对学生核心素养的培育具有较大的作用。
