Abstract：
体验式心理健康教育模式是一种以学生为主体，通过实践活动让学生亲身体验、感受和思考，从而达到培养学生健康心理素质的教育方法。这种教育模式强调学生的主体地位，注重学生的情感体验和实践操作，有利于激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性，提高心理健康教育的实效性。高中阶段的学生正处于人生成长的关键时期，其心理尚不成熟，且学习压力较大，在高中阶段开展体验式心理健康教育教学有助于提高学生的认知能力、培养学生的创新思维，帮助学生建立良好的人际关系，因此国内高中应该注重体验式心理健康教育教学工作的开展。
