    Abstract：

    初中阶段是法治观念形成和价值观塑造的关键期，道德与法治课程的强化对于学生认识法律、尊重法律和运用法律具有重要作用。本文分析了初中道德与法治课程中宪法教育、法律基础知识、法治精神与法治思维培养以及学生权益保护法律法规的教育内容。探讨了课堂教学、案例分析、情景模拟和实践教学等多元化的教育方法，并提出了教材内容优化、教师培训、校园法治文化建设及学校与社区、家庭合作等资源整合策略。
