    Abstract：

    近年来，职业院校的教育教学工作成为社会关注的焦点，也是决定实用型人才输出水平的核心关键。而职业生涯规划课程，正是指导高职学生树立正确就业观念，提升职业素养，顺利完成职业规划的重要课程内容，需要与时俱进适应新时代对实用型人才提出的高要求及高标准。但现阶段该课程的教育工作，仍然存在一些挑战与难点，亟须推进课程的实践教学改革。本文将着重围绕高职院校职业生涯规划课程展开探讨，分析其改革的实践路径。
