    以“基因工程”概念的构建为案例，分析了APOS理论与情境教学法相融合的必要性与可行性，探索APOS理论视角下情景教学法在高中生物学课堂教学的应用，促进学生对高中生物学概念的理解与内化，提升学生生物学科核心素养，供一线生物学教师在平时的课堂教学中借鉴与参考。
