    Abstract：

    本研究旨在探讨失眠对语言加工的影响，特别关注语义流利性和音素流利性这两个语言生产任务。通过言语流畅性测试，对失眠患者和失眠康复后患者的表现进行比较。研究结果显示，失眠组在语义流利性测试中表现较差，而在音素流利性测试中未观察到明显差异。这一发现支持了失眠对语义流利性的负面影响，暗示失眠可能影响语义记忆和注意力。然而，未观察到语义流利性和音素流利性之间的交互作用，表明失眠可能广泛影响语言生产的不同方面。
