    国有企业作为我国经济发展的重要支柱，其文化建设事关国家经济社会发展全局。工会女工工作与企业文化发展相关联，开展创新具有重要意义。本文以创新工会女工工作为切入点，分析了创新工会女工工作对调动女工积极性、塑造企业形象等方面的作用，阐述了工会女工工作创新需要遵循的原则，并提出了加强工会女工工作创新的具体策略，包括建立培训机制、完善互助网络等，旨在为国有企业文化建设提供参考。
