中职生“习得性无助”的成因及教育对策

Abstract：
“习得性无助”这一理念最早是由美国心理学家塞利格曼提出，它指的是个体在经历挫折与失败后，面临问题时所产生的无能为力、丧失信心的心理状态与行为。中职生“习得性无助”问题如果不及时矫治，不仅会导致其学习效率下降，还会使其人际交往受阻，极端情况下甚至会产生反社会型人格障碍。分析中职学校学生“习得性无助”成因并探究教育对策，有助于学生走出消极的心理定式，形成健全的个性和人格，从而成长为符合经济社会发展需求的高素质技术技能人才。
