Abstract：

在新课程改革的背景下，高中体育教学应注重学生的全面发展，以培养学生健康第一、个性发展和终身体育意识为核心。在教学过程中，教师能够充分发挥体育教育的功能，提高学生的身体素质、运动技能和身心健康水平，同时培养学生的体育兴趣和体育素养，使学生在体育课程中获得积极的情感体验，以提高高中体育教学的有效性。
