Abstract：
高校思政理论课教师是高校德育工作的主要承担者，其师德建设直接影响立德树人的成效。本文从新时代高校思政课教师师德建设面临的机遇与挑战出发，分析了高校思政课教师师德建设存在的问题，提出了加强师德建设的一些新思路和新举措。
