Abstract：
随着新时期的到来，我国高校自主育人工作面临着新的机遇和挑战。资助和育人工作也是高校完成立德树人基本任务的主要路径。基于新时代发展背景，在资助工作中正确把握教育基本，将育人理念贯穿资助全过程，值得深度探究。通过分析当前阶段高校资助育人工作的核心概念和现实意义，分析当前高校资助育人实际情况和学生特性，并提出高校资助育人优化路径，旨在推动新时代高校资助育人工作质量和成效，仅供参考。
