    Abstract：

    本文在分析当前高校学风建设的研究现状基础上，对高校学风建设的研究意义及重要性进行分析，并剖析当前高校学风建设的现状与问题。以寝室为阵地分析寝室文化与学风建设的相关性，进而提出以寝室为阵地的高校学风建设新路径，包括创新寝室五级管理模式，使寝室管理步入新台阶；把党建工作融入寝室文化建设，助推学风建设；基于五育并举，开展形式丰富的寝室文化活动。
