    一直以来，技工院校学生学习英语都是一个难题，如何提高学生学习英语的兴趣和效率，提高课堂教学的有效性，是英语教师面临的重要课题。为了实现这个目的，本文作者在所教的班级中采取差异化的教学方法和策略，经过多年的教学实践，并对学生学业进行综合考核和评价，均取得较好的效果。
