    Abstract：

    为切实提高港口航道建设的整体效率及安全性，文章通过详细分析港口航道建设中的风险因素，精准识别潜在风险的同时，制定一套行之有效的港口航道建设的风险评估体系，使风险等级得到合理评估。进而根据风险评估结果，制定妥善的风险应对措施，并在此基础上，对港口航道建设质量、安全、进度等进行实时监控，合理调整风险管理策略。结合实战案例，详细阐述应用风险管理后的工程建设效果，在评价风险管理实用性的同时，不断总结并有效推广风险管理经验，为类似工程建设项目提供有益参考。
