电力作为现代社会的生命线，无时无刻不在为各种设备和机构供应必要的能源，确保日常生活和工作的正常进行。而随着电力需求的不断增长，人们对电力系统的安全运行、有效管理及其合理利用的重视也日益加强。用电检查，作为预防电力事故、确保安全供电的重要环节，为电力系统的稳定运行奠定了基础。而电力计量则关乎每一个用电者的权益，它不仅确保了公正计费，更重要的是，它为监控电能使用效率、促进资源的合理配置提供了关键的数据支撑，这两者相辅相成，构建起了一个确保电力安全、有效和高效使用的完整体系。
